In this meeting, which was held in the presence of the President and all members of the Association of Partner Laboratories and Ms. Pirooz Bakht, Head of the National Standards Organization, Dr. Bahremand, Director General of the General Office of Standards of Bushehr Province, along with deputies and experts of the General Office، Dr. Mahmoudi, President of the Association of Partner Laboratories, while welcoming and appreciating Engineer Pirooz Bakht, while presenting how it was formed and the work done by the Association of Partner Laboratories, spoke about several main areas.

Dr. Mahmoudi pointed out that the real formation of the Association of Partner Laboratories of the province was done in 1392 with the support and guidance of Dr. Bahremand. During this period, we were able to hold training courses according to the needs of colleagues by interacting with the Center Association and several meetings Ms. Meshkani’s work We were able to have a good interaction with the Center Association and become a member.
If you are aware, there are 43 partner laboratory companies operating in Bushehr province. There are over 400 people working in these companies, about 240 of whom have bachelor’s degrees and above.
These laboratories, which were set up with a private sector investment of 500 billion rials, have the ability to test up to 95% of imported goods and 100% of the province’s products, and even these laboratories to neighboring provinces such as Fars, Hormozgan and others. Provinces of the country provide laboratory services.Partner laboratories in Bushehr are proud of this volume of effective activities, part of which has been extended, which is sent from Chabahar in the southeasternmost point of the country to Bushehr for testing, or even from Khoy and Mako in the most northwestern point. Country Battery will be sent to Bushehr for testing. Some laboratories in Bushehr are unique.
Experts from these companies have been active and effective in developing more than 200 national standards.
By the inspection department of the same companies that have been approved, in 1993 alone, more than 13,500 units of supply units have been inspected. During the same period, 1200 units of production units within the province have been inspected.

But in order to achieve its goals, which is to create 100% capability, more effort and more investment must be made, which requires more support and guidance from the organization.

Installation of advanced and up-to-date devices and equipment and training are essential needs to achieve these goals.
Therefore, now that we have achieved success and we are at your service, we hope that the problems we present will be solved by your Excellency’s plan so that we can take more effective steps to achieve our goals.
1-  As you are aware, the problem of tariffs is related to the whole country, while appreciating the efforts of your colleagues in extracting and announcing tariffs, but these tariffs have remained unchanged for about three years, despite the highest inflation in these years.
We know that the tariff must be announced and approved by the experts of the organization to the High Council of Standards. The non-change of these tariffs for three years indicates the existence of orders in this council, so the Association of Partner Laboratories of Bushehr Province proposes to delegate this important matter to the regional trade union association, the tariff of the laboratory owners’ guild should be determined by the trade union association.
2- When there is a need for an audit by the standard organization, the interval between the announcement time and the dispatch of the expert is long, which imposes a lot of costs on the laboratories.
3-Mandatory standard removal of some goods:
Most of the goods that have been excluded from the mandatory standard have a certification laboratory, and their exclusion from the mandatory standard has caused both a loss of capital and a number of unemployed people, so they want these goods to return to the standard scope. We are obliged.
4-The most important orders in this council, which are related to the center committee or need to control the documents and signatures in the center, despite the fact that all its work is done in the province, but it can be seen that in all cases it takes between 6 months to a year. It takes time for this control and signature to be done, such as issuing inspection cards or certificates from inspection and sampling companies.
Due to the fact that the issuance of certification certificates of laboratories in the province is approved and supervised by the center, the same conditions apply to the certificates.
5-Regarding the development of standards, it is suggested that an option called the revised and revised standards be added to the organization’s portal and that the speed of development be increased.
6-The educational cooperation of the organization is very low, despite the fact that it is the only reliable educational reference for the experts of the laboratory companies of the organization, but the educational cooperation is very low and holding training courses is also low, so we want to increase cooperation and establish training courses.
7- We know that one of the ways to clear the goods is to issue a confirmation from the origin, but it has been seen many times. Existence of many laboratories at the country’s entry points, such clearance should be limited to specific goods and should not be applied to the part of the goods where the laboratory exists.
