OIL PUMP

The oil that exists inside the crankcase is pumped to the propulsion components and prevents severe friction between the components and therefore the rise in temperature. This pump, which plays a functional role in the vehicle and is driven by a crankshaft, is called an Oil Pump.
The oil pump sends the oil to the oil filter and after the oil flow passes through the filter, this liquid is sent into the propulsion lubrication circuit. Oil plays a crucial and important role in the car and any malfunction or failure in it will lead to serious damage to the car.
Oil pumps are divided into three main categories. Gear pumps that work by rotating two gears alike. In these pumps, the oil enters the pump and is sent out by being located between the gears and the pump body.
The second type are rotor pumps, which are similar in terms of functionality to gear pumps, except that they use a single gear that rotates inside an internal rotor.
The third type is oil needle pumps in which oil is sent out by a plunger and a spring; Of course, this type of pump is mostly used in motorcycles.
Proper operation of the oil pump in the car will increase the life of the engine and its components, and if you ignore the possible defects of this vital component, it will cause a lot of damage to your vehicle.
With the establish of the pump lab (oil, gasoline and car water pump), CTS Laboratory is known as the only laboratory, testing all types of oil pumps in the country that can test all types of car oil pumps in most common sizes according to ISIRI3289 standard in performance, durability and start-up clauses.

WATER PUMP

This part must be considered as one of the most important parts of the car and as its name suggests, its main task is to constantly flow water, antifreeze liquid and anti-boiling liquid inside the engine to adjust its temperature.
The heat from the ignition and combustion of gasoline in the engine reaches a temperature of about 2500 degrees Celsius and the fluid circulation must keep the temperature around 90 to 95 degrees Celsius for the car engine to work optimally. The water pump begins to work when the car is started and cools the liquid inside the cylinder head and the engine body by circulating it. This liquid returns to the radiator after rotation and cooling down the engine to be re-cooled by the circulation of air and car air fans. This fluid circulation is constantly moving around the engine to keep the engine temperature normal. with establishing the pump lab (oil, gasoline and car water pump), CTS Laboratory is known as the only laboratory testing all types of car water pumps with ISIRI 3828, ISIRI3829, ISIRI3830, ISIRI3831 standards in the country, which can test all car water pumps according to the national standard, tested in the performance and interval tests and the lifetime of sealing parts and the lifetime of bearings.

FUEL PUMP

Fuel is stored in the Tank of all vehicles with gasoline engines. But this vital engine fluid reaches the engine by means of a pump. In fact, the fuel moves between the tank and the engine with the help of a pump. A fuel pump for gasoline-burning vehicles is an integrated component that performs multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Creating pressure in the fuel flow
– Fuel filtering
– Sending the fuel
This means that this part, which is usually located inside the fuel tank, pushes the fuel towards the engine, and if the fuel does not have the necessary pressure, it will not be injected well into the cylinders. The reason for placing the car fuel pump in the tank is its direct contact with gasoline, it cools down as a result of this contact and reduces the noise of its activity. although, the fuel pump is not always in the tank, and some types of this part are mounted on the cylinder block or in the fuel line. The pressure that the pump puts on the gasoline is between 4 and 6 bars. If the fuel is directed to the engine with less pressure, the injection process followed by combustion will not take place properly.
With establishing of the pump lab (oil and gasoline and car water pump), CTS Laboratory is known as the only laboratory testing various types of gasoline pumps: 1. Mechanical fuel pump with ISIRI3284 standard and 2. Electric fuel pump (in and out of the tank) with ISIRI 17977 standard, in the country which can test all types of car fuel pumps according to ISIRI3284 and ISIRI17977 standard such as temperature increase sections in the working electrical part, resistance to vibration and outlet cut-off pressure, air impermeability, drain discharge, dry suction pressure and durability, water resistance and The structure and diaphragm of the pump.
