The training unit of Charkhe Sabz Company started working in the second half of 1987 to increase staff awareness, and in this regard, prepared and compiled training regulations.

The training unit of this company in general has its own performance process and training planning system to increase the number of hours, effectiveness and efficiency of staff training and efforts to apply it and the effectiveness of training courses and seminars and use the knowledge of experts and individuals.
