CTS Laboratory Quality Policy

CTS Laboratory has implemented its management system based on the national standard of Iran – ISO-IEC 17025 with the aim of increasing quality and productivity, Also, all tests in this laboratory are based on the National Standards of Iran (ISIRI) and this complex declares its policy as follows and commits itself to its implementation:

The general topics of the policy of this laboratory are:

Applying professional procedure to the quality of tests performed in the laboratory.

Confidentiality of all customer’s information and their proper protection.

Implementation, establishment and continuous improvement of quality management system based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Performing tests according to national or international standards using appropriate equipment.

Carrying out activities by all laboratory staff based on the laboratory quality management system based on ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, following the requirements of the policy, regulations, executive methods and instructions.

gaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing the best services in a short period of time and at a reasonable cost by the manager and other laboratory staff.

Increasing the level of awareness, knowledge and skills of employees through the implementation of training programs.

Familiarity of all employees with quality documentation, policy and policy application in their work.

Observance and implementation of the rules and regulations of the Standards Institute and Industrial Research of Iran and the National Center for Certification of Iran.

Sustainable development of the management system in the company.

In this regard, the laboratory manager provides all the necessary resources and infrastructure and all laboratory staff understand these goals and principles and act responsibly.
