The Deputy Supervisor of Standard Implementation emphasized on increasing the level of capability of partner laboratories

The conference of test and calibration laboratories of the country was held in the presence of the Deputy Supervisor of Standard Execution, some general managers of the headquarters and the province and a group of members of the Association of Laboratories of the country in the National Organization of Standards of Iran.

Dr. Vahid Marandi Moghaddam, Deputy Supervisor of Standard Execution at the Conference of Test and Calibration Laboratories, referring to the importance of forming the Association of Partner Laboratories and membership of laboratories in this association, said: In the near future, the National Organization of Standards of Iran Makes examples.

He emphasized on increasing the level of capability and improving the performance of the laboratories of the members of the association and added: the new laboratories will be approved on the condition of obtaining the 17025 certificate and the existing laboratories will also receive this certificate within the specified time period.

The Deputy Supervisor of Standard Implementation emphasized on increasing the level of capability of partner laboratories and said: by receiving the standard certificate 17025, the level of services of partner laboratories will increase in addition to domestic and international level.

Referring to the existence of more than 2100 partner laboratories in the country, he emphasized on organizing laboratories and said: the integration of the country’s laboratories in the form of an association and organization, in addition to creating synergy, will enable this class to pursue their demands.

Dr. Marandi Moghaddam, among the members of the Association of Laboratories of the country, stated that the partner laboratories are trusted by the National Standards Organization of Iran, and noted: We intend to leave the inspection and control of laboratories to you because the damage caused by any violation goes to all members of the association.

The Deputy Supervisor of Standard Implementation announced the formation of the Association of Inspection Companies in the near future.

In this conference, Vida Sina, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Testing and Calibration Associations, referring to the history of the association, spoke about the policies and programs of this association in the future.
